Yes, we do. The km fee from Amsterdam is as follows:If you provide the address of the property to be designed during checkout, the system will automatically add the delivery charge to the final amount.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NET AND GROSS FLOOR AREA?

The net floor area refers to the space enclosed by the walls of the rooms, while the gross floor area includes building structures (walls, wall coverings, areas below doors). Balconies, terraces, and loggias are not included in either area.

Living rooms and spaces for sleeping, playing, relaxing, exercising, or working. Kitchens, pantries, dining rooms, bathrooms, toilets, wet rooms, storage rooms, staircases, and garages do not count as rooms.

No. We focus on planning the essence of your space, the layout on which everything is built. HOW MANY FLOOR PLAN VERSIONS WILL I RECEIVE?

One, and it will be the best version, which you can modify once. In some cases, if needed, you may receive more than one version—for example, if you want to separate a room in the future and specifically request us to check future versions.

IN WHAT FORMAT WILL I RECEIVE THE PLANS?

We will send the plans in PDF format via email, and for an additional charge, we can also send them in an editable DWG file format.

We consider all mechanical equipment and connections that could significantly influence the layout (e.g., boiler, radiator, convector, towel dryer, indoor unit of air conditioning, chimney, etc.), but we do not provide mechanical engineering design services.

After placing the order, we will schedule a time for a measurement with you and a subcontractor specialized in measurements will visit your property.

HOW LONG DOES A MEASUREMENT TAKE AND WHAT DO YOU MEASURE?

It depends on the size and complexity of the property, but smaller properties take about one hour, and larger ones take up to two hours. We will measure the walls, windows, doors, wet and mechanical connections, and take photos that will be deleted when the contract ends.
